Asset can be imported and used with Unity 4 Mechanim.
I used Character Studio 3D MAX to make animations.
Character has 46 animations.
Last 15 animations contain “root motion” information which required by Unity 4 Mechanim.

High polygonal version 12,449 polygons, 23,366 triangles and 12,236
Low polygonal version 7,830 polygons, 14,758 triangles and 7,923
Rig has 63 bones.
Textures: diffuse, specular and normals maps.
